Think
Positive!, May 27, 2008

"Our author, D.R. Boisse, was very blessed to have
a family that encouraged him to better himself in life
at whatever he chose to do. Mr. Boisse took this advise
and thankfully ran with it to not only help himself,
but help others. In this work you will learn how your
mind can be used for you or against you. You will learn
how to enhance the positive feelings and downplay the
negative, and how important this is to your success
in life and more important, to your happiness. Think
about this one question. If someone says something negative
about you, do you dwell on that statement and allow
it to consume your thought life? Interesting.
In a way the information reminds me of the Bible verse
that says, 'As a man thinketh, so is he.' (Proverbs
23:7). Just what do you think of yourself, how often
do you allow negative thoughts to consume you and take
away valuable hours of your life? Perhaps your own thoughts
have kept you from achieving your full potential in
life.
I liked this book. The author is clear, concise, and
brings his point home. He writes with compassion and
understanding and I feel a genuine desire to see the
reader's life improve. Very well done, very interesting.

"Is your life in a rut? Same bad stuff keeps happening
over and over again in your life? Then this book is
for you.
D. R. Boisse's FREE MIND FREE BODY is a mixture of
Anthony "Tony" Robbins, Dr. Phil, and THE
SECRET rolled into one. It's more than a motivational
book, more than a self-help book, it's both. FREE MIND
FREE BODY helps create a proactive plan in the pursuit
of healthy lifestyles. The book encourages readers to
focus on the positive aspects of life, while learning
from and growing on possible weaknesses. Boisse explains
the process of connecting with one's unconscious mind
through open communication and analysis. Understanding
these core qualities will empower readers to reach deeper
and learn more about themselves."
AMAZING BOOK!!! A Must Read, April

"This book was life changing. It makes you look
at yourself and get past all the BS of self limitations
that we can put on our selves. I think anyone will benefit
from this book. The only people that won't like it are
the ones that are afraid of the real truth. After reading
Free Mind Free Body, I lost over 80 pounds! I attribute
this to me being able to get rid of the invisible obstacles
that I had. It is nice to know that we can choose to
be happy, successful, or to be anyone we want to be,
and D.R. Boisse shows us how. It is not as difficult
to make a lasting change in your life as most people
think, it actually is very simple if you have the right
tools. I believe Free Mind Free Body is the answer.
How much is your happiness worth? Mine is worth way
more than the 20 bucks I paid for the book. So either
buy the book or keep doing what you've done in the past.
The choice is yours.... Good Luck"
Positive Effects on Your Attitude,

"Reading Free Mind Free Body helps us understand
that we are subject to our own limitations brought on
by ourselves without our even knowing it. This easy
reading book demonstrates how when we think a certain
way we develop an attitude which directs our emotions
and influences our well being in a positive or negative
manner. Granted one in a severe mental health disposition
may need to seek professional help. But for others in
society not having such clinical challenges and who
may want to get out of a rut, achieve more, love more
or just feel good, they will find many new ways to do
so in this book.
I have recommended Free Mind Free Body to everyone
in my company. The reaction I saw has been profound.
My staff members have come to me with positive understandings
about themselves. One quickly recognized a limitation
and how they were doing it and learned how to think
past it by using the tools in Free Mind Free Body.
Please give yourself the pleasure of reading this book
and begin to feel its positive effects on your attitude."
Learn to be Free, February 21, 2008

"If you want to learn to free your mind form your
own self inflicted limitations, then buy this book.
This book will teach you step by step how to tear down
the mental walls we build for ourselves through limiting
beliefs, lack of self education, having a closed mind,
thinking we know it all, and refusing to listen to new
ideas. But the good news is that our limitations are
self imposed and we can be anyone we choose to be, and
do what truly makes us happy.
Learn how to set goals. They engage our subconcious
mind to bring us our true desires. Also you will discover
that you have control over your actions, thoughts, and
emotions. Stay in the NOW, do not emotionally or mentally
time travel in your mind, keep your awareness on the
present moment and see the world in a different way.
Aside from the present moment everything else is a memory
or a product of an imagined future. Free your mind to
live in the now. Clearly set your intentions to line
up your mind with your desired goals.
This book is very powerful, if you buy it and apply
the principles you will accomplish more than you can
currently imagine. I read a similiar book 20 years ago,
and can say these principles do unplug you from the
plain average world and empower you to achieve your
dreams."

“While no one can control what happens in life, we can
control how we react to what happens. In addition, we
can control the outlook we take on life. We can choose
to be positive or negative. As a result, we can control
what we draw into our lives to a very large degree.
That's the message we read in this new and enlightening
book.
Highly recommended.”

"On first read, D.R. Boisse's book nailed me. Each
chapter sent my mind off to think about both some of
my past experiences as well as many predicaments I'm
facing today. I found myself seeing beyond my own self-imposed
barriers and realizing I had the ability within me all
along to deal with and resolve them once and for all.
I recommend Free Mind Free Body to anyone looking to
advance in life and achieve more than you ever thought
possible."
