"D.R. Boisse encourages and empowers readers in his inspiring new book, Free Mind Free Body, provides an in depth insight into freeing your mind while providing quick steps and tips to become a healthier you. Boisse begins by posing the question, “who are you?” He admits that we will never completely answer that question but informs readers that we have the power to gain an unlimited amount of knowledge concerning it. This mindset sets the tone for an incredible self-actualizing journey.

Free Mind Free Body incorporates interactive sections along with easy to understand images that keep the reader involved while helping them visualize the concepts he is trying to convey. He pushes readers to fully observe each of their characteristics that make up who they are.

Throughout the book, there are 12 chapters dealing with an array of topics including how to free ourselves from self-imposed prisons, discovering who we are and how our mind works and managing our emotions. Boisse also emphasizes the importance of exercise and ends by encouraging his readers to put the new skills they have acquired to use. Boisse utilizes graphs, illustrations and text boxes to help readers visualize and fully understand the information gathered in the book.

5 star review D R Boisse author Free Mind Free BodyThink Positive!, May 27, 2008
By Shirley Priscilla Johnson "Author/Reviewer - (Florida, USA) - (Top Book Reviewer)

"Our author, D.R. Boisse, was very blessed to have a family that encouraged him to better himself in life at whatever he chose to do. Mr. Boisse took this advise and thankfully ran with it to not only help himself, but help others. In this work you will learn how your mind can be used for you or against you. You will learn how to enhance the positive feelings and downplay the negative, and how important this is to your success in life and more important, to your happiness. Think about this one question. If someone says something negative about you, do you dwell on that statement and allow it to consume your thought life? Interesting.
In a way the information reminds me of the Bible verse that says, 'As a man thinketh, so is he.' (Proverbs 23:7). Just what do you think of yourself, how often do you allow negative thoughts to consume you and take away valuable hours of your life? Perhaps your own thoughts have kept you from achieving your full potential in life.
I liked this book. The author is clear, concise, and brings his point home. He writes with compassion and understanding and I feel a genuine desire to see the reader's life improve. Very well done, very interesting. Recommended."

By J. Kaye Oldner (Popular Book Reviewer/Blogger)

"Is your life in a rut? Same bad stuff keeps happening over and over again in your life? Then this book is for you.

D. R. Boisse's FREE MIND FREE BODY is a mixture of Anthony "Tony" Robbins, Dr. Phil, and THE SECRET rolled into one. It's more than a motivational book, more than a self-help book, it's both. FREE MIND FREE BODY helps create a proactive plan in the pursuit of healthy lifestyles. The book encourages readers to focus on the positive aspects of life, while learning from and growing on possible weaknesses. Boisse explains the process of connecting with one's unconscious mind through open communication and analysis. Understanding these core qualities will empower readers to reach deeper and learn more about themselves."

five stars! Free Mind Free Body the book by D R Boisse AMAZING BOOK!!! A Must Read, April 11, 2008
By Mike L. (Arizona, USA) - Reader Feedback

"This book was life changing. It makes you look at yourself and get past all the BS of self limitations that we can put on our selves. I think anyone will benefit from this book. The only people that won't like it are the ones that are afraid of the real truth. After reading Free Mind Free Body, I lost over 80 pounds! I attribute this to me being able to get rid of the invisible obstacles that I had. It is nice to know that we can choose to be happy, successful, or to be anyone we want to be, and D.R. Boisse shows us how. It is not as difficult to make a lasting change in your life as most people think, it actually is very simple if you have the right tools. I believe Free Mind Free Body is the answer. How much is your happiness worth? Mine is worth way more than the 20 bucks I paid for the book. So either buy the book or keep doing what you've done in the past. The choice is yours.... Good Luck"

five stars! Free Mind Free Body the book by D R Boisse Positive Effects on Your Attitude, March 28, 2008,
By J. Irving (Beverly Hills, CA) - Reader Feedback

"Reading Free Mind Free Body helps us understand that we are subject to our own limitations brought on by ourselves without our even knowing it. This easy reading book demonstrates how when we think a certain way we develop an attitude which directs our emotions and influences our well being in a positive or negative manner. Granted one in a severe mental health disposition may need to seek professional help. But for others in society not having such clinical challenges and who may want to get out of a rut, achieve more, love more or just feel good, they will find many new ways to do so in this book.

I have recommended Free Mind Free Body to everyone in my company. The reaction I saw has been profound. My staff members have come to me with positive understandings about themselves. One quickly recognized a limitation and how they were doing it and learned how to think past it by using the tools in Free Mind Free Body.

Please give yourself the pleasure of reading this book and begin to feel its positive effects on your attitude."

Learn to be Free, February 21, 2008
By Steve Burns (Nashville, TN) - Top Book Reviewer

"If you want to learn to free your mind form your own self inflicted limitations, then buy this book.
This book will teach you step by step how to tear down the mental walls we build for ourselves through limiting beliefs, lack of self education, having a closed mind, thinking we know it all, and refusing to listen to new ideas. But the good news is that our limitations are self imposed and we can be anyone we choose to be, and do what truly makes us happy.
Learn how to set goals. They engage our subconcious mind to bring us our true desires. Also you will discover that you have control over your actions, thoughts, and emotions. Stay in the NOW, do not emotionally or mentally time travel in your mind, keep your awareness on the present moment and see the world in a different way. Aside from the present moment everything else is a memory or a product of an imagined future. Free your mind to live in the now. Clearly set your intentions to line up your mind with your desired goals.
This book is very powerful, if you buy it and apply the principles you will accomplish more than you can currently imagine. I read a similiar book 20 years ago, and can say these principles do unplug you from the plain average world and empower you to achieve your dreams."

Discover how to take control of your own life., February 16, 2008
By Susanna Hutcheson (Midwest U.S.A.) - Top Book Reviewer as seen on amazon.com

“While no one can control what happens in life, we can control how we react to what happens. In addition, we can control the outlook we take on life. We can choose to be positive or negative. As a result, we can control what we draw into our lives to a very large degree. That's the message we read in this new and enlightening book.

Highly recommended.”

Want to be inspired or motivated? I've experienced both!, February 17, 2008
By Mark S. Sanders (Santa Monica, CA) - Reader Feedback

"On first read, D.R. Boisse's book nailed me. Each chapter sent my mind off to think about both some of my past experiences as well as many predicaments I'm facing today. I found myself seeing beyond my own self-imposed barriers and realizing I had the ability within me all along to deal with and resolve them once and for all.

I recommend Free Mind Free Body to anyone looking to advance in life and achieve more than you ever thought possible."

This book is a helpful guide on how to succeed in life by finding happiness. The key is to free yourself and then you can have unlimited happiness. Based on positive thinking, this book is undoubtedly the most useful guide I have ever come across in years!

The author addresses many essential issues throughout his book. For example, he talks about fears and particularly he illustrates the fear of flying. It is very interesting to read and see the explanations he offers, and the solutions to any fear problem that may arise. He urges readers to free themselves in order to find happiness in life. To do that they need to free themselves from negative feelings that can create stress. He highlights that everyone has got the power to change things. He states: 'You can feel great any time you want to' (see page 115). There are practical tips in the book on how to enjoy life and be phobia-free. The most important element I think is the replacement theory he mentions, that is, to replace negative behavior with positive one. He also tells how to use your unconscious abilities in order to do anything you wish and offers tips on how to achieve that.

This book is absorbing and highly interesting and can be read in one sitting. It is written in a simple and clear conversational style that it is easy to understand. It caters to everyone who wishes to educate themselves or solve their inner problems such as phobias and stress. This is the best ever book I have read in years as it is helpful and exciting to the very end. The author encourages people to "do things that make you feel good" and this is the main point of the whole issue described here.

"I had the honor of reviewing Free mind, Free Body - How To Use Your Mind To Achieve More Than Ever Before, Treatment and Healing this week and found this 162 page paperback book by DR Boisse lives up to it's claim: "A new thought-provoking and mind-expanding perspective". In fact the word "perspective" is perfect for this book, because over and over again readers will be shown how their perspective of situations, events or issues can twist and alter reality.

D. Boisse was raised in Rhode Island and currently resides in Los Angeles as a personal trainer and consultant. His dedication to motivating, empowering and helping other reach their potential has been an underlying passion since his youth. He holds many certifications in sports medicine, exercise, personal training, lifestyle and weight management and has worked with numerous medical and natural health professionals in the Los Angeles area.

Don't let the glossy white cover with little design to speak of fool you. Inside these pages readers will find many common sense applications to life, that aren't always so readily applied. After the introduction, there are 12 chapters dealing with freeing ourselves from self-imposed prisons, discovering who we are and how our mind works, the language we use in our minds and also in our communications with others, managing emotions and the importance of exercise and closes with encouragement for readers to use these newly learned skills to pursue the life they want to have. The author makes use of graphs, illustrations and text boxes to help readers digest the information contained in the pages.

While I could not find information on eco-printing options, environmentalists within the USA may find the fact that this book was manufactured within the country of some comfort."

TCM Reviews (Calgary, Alberta, Canada) February 2008

"We all live in a world limited by our own perspective. We fail to see possibilities, alternatives, and the inherent potential in our life situations. In doing so, we completely miss the lesson to be learned or the opportunities that are just waiting for us.

Free Mind, Free Body looks at the ways that we as humans commonly limit ourselves by only seeing and living in our own little world of limitation. We see the contents of this small bubble as some sort of ultimate truth, as the only resources available to us. It’s no wonder we begin to feel stuck.

When looking for a life solution, it makes sense that the key to change isn’t repeating the same mistakes over and over again. Locked in our own bubble, it’s difficult to see any other choice. This is why Free Mind, Free Body seeks to make our little world just a little larger, so that we can see the solution, the possibilities, and the dreams we never knew existed."

Recent Reader Feedback:

"I just wanted to say how much I'm enjoying reading your book.
The way you've written it, it feels like your sitting there talking to me.

It seems like I know or should know a lot of the advice in here already, but don't always practice it and/or remember to practice it and I know consistency is the key.

I start my day by reading some of your book because it reminds me to stay on track.
It also has made me more aware of just how often I have negative thoughts and to cancel them and replace them with positive and productive ones.

So, thanks for the daily reminders.
